Different strokes …

After a quick survey of users among a prostate/bladder health group, there were several different responses to what has helped men managing Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH) or prostatitis symptoms.

Some said they stay away from processed foods and limit alcohol intake, others found that adding supplements like zinc, omega 3s and lycopene helped. Cutting caffeine and adding decaffeinated green tea was a popular answer and there were those who found that less or no dairy was key.

Of course, everyone is different and what works well for some, might not have much of an effect on others.

If you have been wondering about the natural remedies you could add to your life in terms of dealing with late-night trips to the bathroom, urgency, lack of flow etc. that can all come with BPH, get in touch and we can have a chat about what you think might work best for you as an addition to your doctor's advice and recommendations.
