Regular movement- especially walking, swimming, or strength training - can help reduce symptom severity by supporting healthy weight, blood flow, and pelvic function. Aim for 20–30 minutes most days, and include 2 short strength sessions per week if possible.
Exercise
In certain cases, structured bladder retraining can help reduce urgency and frequency, especially when symptoms are driven by bladder sensitivity or pelvic tension. However, men with significant obstruction or difficulty emptying should seek medical assessment before attempting bladder training.
